Diane scrambles to keep the firm's partners placated while they attempt to fill the power vacuum created by Will's suspension, She delegates one of her responsibilities – serving on a blue-ribbon panel that is investigating alleged police misconduct – to Alicia. The case involves a police officer who shot and killed a man on a subway platform.
