After Jackie is fired from the cheerleading squad, she convinces the guys to accompany her at the high school Christmas dance to make her look cool. It works too well; the high school girls suddenly view Eric as a sophisticated grown up, now that he's graduated. Donna, stuck at the radio station, overhears the gossip from a caller and storms off to put a stop to the fun. Kelso sneaks off from the dance to be with Brooke at the library. After a few words, she kind of starts to like having him around. Meanwhile, Kitty gets grumpy Red a job as a department store Santa.

Eric forgets to visit Donna at the radio station while he, Hyde, and Fez are treated as celebrities at the dance, while Kelso wants to spend the night with Brooke at the library. Meanwhile, Red works in the local mall as Santa Claus, but Bob wants the job too.
