The Tribunal blackmails the label-sent producer Dick Knubbler into spying on them, but after hearing the band he turns on the Tribunal to become the band's permanent producer. When Knubbler tries to leave the submarine in a submersible he is attacked by a giant seahorse that was mutated by the nuclear submarine's radiation, forcing him to rush to the surface without depressurizing causing his eyes to explode.
